Delivery time and shipping costs

The delivery time for standard products is 1-10 working days.

The standard shipping costs are € 7.50 for the Netherlands and € 10.00 for foreign countries within the EU. For outside Europe the costs are €23.00.

 

Return

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned(within 14 days) to S&J ART made with love - The Netherlands with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. The shipping costs of the return are always for your own account.

 

After receipt of the return, you will be credited with the total order amount including shipping costs within 14 days, provided that the product has been returned in good order. When there is a return with only part of the total order, only the amount of the relevant item will be refunded excluding shipping costs.

 

Products specially made on demand cannot be exchanged.
